DS90LV001TMX/NOPB TI Signal Buffers, Repeaters, Splitters
The DS90LV001TMX/NOPB is an 800 Mbps LVDS-LVDS buffer from Texas Instruments, electrically identical to the DS90LV001TLDX/NOPB but packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (TM) package. It operates from a single +3.3V supply and features a fast propagation delay of 1.4 ns (typical) with low jitter, LVDS receiver inputs that accept LVPECL signals, and TRI-STATE outputs. The device is compatible with the ANSI/TIA/EIA-644-A LVDS standard and includes an output enable pin for placing the LVDS output in TRI-STATE. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (TM) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include backplane signal distribution, LVDS-to-LVDS signal buffering, and systems requiring receiver placement close to the main transmission line.
