The DS90LV047ATMTCX/NOPB is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the DS90LV047ATMX/NOPB quad LVDS driver from Texas Instruments. The device features four independent LVDS drivers, supporting data rates up to 400 Mbps, and operates from a single 3.3V supply with low power consumption. The driver inputs accept LVTTL/LVCMOS levels and translate them to LVDS outputs. The device includes a flow-through pinout for easy PCB layout and features a power-down mode for energy savings. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP (MT) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include clock and data distribution, backplane interconnect, cable extender boxes, and any system requiring high-speed, low-power differential signaling.
