DS90UB638TRGZRQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB638TRGZRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer from Texas Instruments with a single input and MIPI CSI-2 output port . It supports forward channel data rates up to 4.16 Gbps and is capable of receiving serialized sensor data from 2MP/60fps and 4MP/30fps cameras as well as satellite radar, ToF, and LIDAR sensors . The device features a MIPI DPHY v1.2 and CSI-2 v1.3 compliant output supporting 1, 2, 3, or 4 data lanes at up to 1.6 Gbps per lane, with up to four virtual channels and programmable data types . It includes advanced data protection and diagnostics such as CRC protection, sensor data integrity check, remote voltage and temperature measurement, BIST, pattern generation, and line fault detection . Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package (7mm × 7mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C . Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, driver monitoring systems, satellite sensor hubs, and industrial high-speed sensor interfaces.
