The DS90UB913ATRTVJQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) 10-bit FPD-Link III serializer from Texas Instruments designed for video and camera applications up to 100 MHz pixel clock. It converts 10-bit parallel video data into a single serialized FPD-Link III stream over 50Ω coaxial or 100Ω STP cable, supporting data rates up to 2.8 Gbps. The device features integrated bidirectional control channel for I2C and GPIO pass-through, adaptive equalization for cable loss compensation, and spread spectrum clock generation for EMI reduction. It supports single-ended coaxial cable drive for reduced system cost. Housed in a 32-pin WQFN (RTV) package (5mm × 5mm) with exposed pad, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, front-view cameras, camera monitoring systems (CMS), and any automotive camera requiring 10-bit video transmission.
