DS90UB925QSQX/NOPB TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB925QSQX/NOPB is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link II serializer from Texas Instruments supporting 24-bit RGB video input, converting to a single LVDS serial stream. It supports pixel clock rates up to 85 MHz, enabling resolutions up to 720p/1080i at 60 Hz. The device features bidirectional control channel for I2C pass-through, integrated DC-balanced encoding for AC-coupled transmission, and spread spectrum clock generation for EMI reduction. It supports coaxial or STP cable transmission up to 15 meters. Housed in a 48-pin WQFN (RGC) package (7mm × 7mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive infotainment displays, rear-seat entertainment, digital instrument clusters, and any system requiring FPD-Link II video transmission.
