The DS90UB927QSQX/NOPB is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III serializer with LVDS input from Texas Instruments. It serializes 24-bit RGB video data into a single FPD-Link III stream over coaxial or STP cable, supporting pixel clock rates up to 85 MHz for resolutions up to 1080i at 60 Hz. The device features bidirectional control channel for I2C pass-through, spread spectrum clock generation for EMI reduction, and integrated Cable Driver. Housed in a 48-pin WQFN (RGC) package (7mm × 7mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive infotainment displays, rear-seat entertainment, digital instrument clusters, and any system requiring FPD-Link III video transmission.
