The DS90UB934TRGZRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer from Texas Instruments designed for 10-bit or 12-bit camera and video applications. It deserializes a single FPD-Link III serial stream into 10-bit or 12-bit parallel video output, supporting up to 100 MHz pixel clock. The device features bidirectional control channel for I2C pass-through at 400 kHz, integrated Cable Diagnostics for link monitoring, and advanced link protection. It supports coaxial or STP cable transmission up to 60 meters, with adaptive equalization for cable loss compensation. Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package (7mm × 7mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, rear-view cameras, driver monitoring systems (DMS), and industrial video cameras requiring high-reliability deserialization.
