The DS90UB934TRGZTQ1 is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the DS90UB934TRGZRQ1 automotive-grade FPD-Link III deserializer. The device deserializes a single FPD-Link III serial stream into 10-bit or 12-bit parallel video output, supporting up to 100 MHz pixel clock. It features bidirectional control channel for I2C pass-through, integrated Cable Diagnostics, and advanced link protection. Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package (7mm × 7mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, rear-view cameras, driver monitoring systems, and industrial video cameras requiring high-reliability deserialization.
