DS90UB940TNKDTQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB940TNKDTQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer from Texas Instruments supporting HDMI input and dual LVDS output, designed for automotive display applications. It receives serialized data from FPD-Link III serializers over coaxial or STP cable, converting to HDMI or dual LVDS outputs for display. The device supports up to 2.1 Gbps forward channel data rate and 1080p at 60 Hz resolutions. Features include bidirectional control channel for I2C pass-through, audio return channel (ARC), HDCP content protection support, and advanced link diagnostics. Housed in a 64-pin VQFN (NKD) package (9mm × 9mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
