DS90UB947TRGCTQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB947TRGCTQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III serializer with dual OpenLDI (LVDS) input from Texas Instruments, supporting up to 2.1 Gbps forward channel data rate. It serializes dual OpenLDI video data streams into a single FPD-Link III stream over coaxial or STP cable, supporting resolutions up to 1080p at 60 Hz. The device features bidirectional control channel for I2C and GPIO pass-through, spread spectrum clock generation for EMI reduction, and integrated Cable Driver. It supports up to 60 meters of cable length with adaptive equalization. Housed in a 64-pin VQFN (RGC) package (9mm × 9mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive infotainment head units, digital instrument cluster sources, video distribution units, and high-resolution display drivers.
