DS90UB948TNKDTQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB948TNKDTQ1 is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the DS90UH948TNKDRQ1 automotive-grade FPD-Link III deserializer from Texas Instruments. The device converts 1 or 2 FPD-Link III serial streams into a dual OpenLDI (LVDS) interface, supporting up to 2K (2048×1080) resolutions with 24-bit color depth. It supports pixel clock frequencies up to 192 MHz in dual-channel mode and features integrated HDCP cipher engine with on-chip key storage. Housed in a 64-pin WQFN (NKD) package, it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
