DS90UB953ATRHBTQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers
The DS90UB953ATRHBTQ1 is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the DS90UB953TRHBRQ1 automotive-grade FPD-Link III serializer. The device supports up to 4.16 Gbps forward channel data rate and serializes CSI-2 (MIPI) sensor data into a single serialized stream over coaxial or STP cable. It features integrated bidirectional control channel for I2C communication, flexible GPIO pass-through, and CSI-2 interface for direct connection to image sensors. Housed in a 32-pin WQFN (RHB) package (5mm × 5mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, driver monitoring systems, satellite camera systems, and industrial high-speed sensor interfaces.
