The DS90UB953TRHBTQ1 is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the DS90UB953TRHBRQ1 automotive-grade FPD-Link III serializer. The device supports up to 4.16 Gbps forward channel data rate and serializes MIPI CSI-2 data streams into a single serialized stream over coaxial or STP cable. It features a D-PHY v1.2 and CSI-2 v1.3 compliant system interface, ultra-low latency bidirectional control channel, and Power-over-Coax (PoC) compatibility. Housed in a 32-pin VQFN (RHB) package (5mm × 5mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view cameras, driver monitoring systems, satellite radar/LIDAR sensors, and any high-speed sensor interface requiring compact serializer integration.
