DS90UB954TRGZRQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB954TRGZRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer hub from Texas Instruments supporting two camera inputs with MIPI CSI-2 output. It receives serialized data from up to two FPD-Link III serializers over coaxial or STP cables, converting each stream to MIPI CSI-2 format for processor interface. The device supports 4.16 Gbps forward channel data rate per port, with bidirectional control channel for I2C and GPIO pass-through. Features include frame synchronization for dual-camera applications, integrated MIPI D-PHY interface supporting up to 4 lanes at 1.6 Gbps per lane, advanced link diagnostics, and 60-metre cable support. Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package (7mm × 7mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
