DS90UB960WRTDRQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB960WRTDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer hub from Texas Instruments supporting four independent video data streams from up to four remote sensors. It receives serialized data from up to four FPD-Link III or FPD-Link IV serializers over coaxial or STP cables, converting each stream back to parallel video and control signals. The device supports 4.16 Gbps forward channel data rate per port and aggregate bandwidth of 16.64 Gbps, with bidirectional control channel supporting I2C, GPIO, and fast-mode plus (1 Mbps) pass-through. Features include frame synchronization for multi-camera applications, advanced link diagnostics, and 60-metre cable support for coax. Housed in a 64-pin VQFN (WRT) package (9mm × 9mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view camera systems, sensor fusion ECUs, autonomous driving sensor hubs, and multi-camera industrial imaging systems.
