DS90UB962WRTDRQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers

The DS90UB962WRTDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer hub from Texas Instruments supporting four independent video data streams from remote sensors. It deserializes data from up to four FPD-Link III serializers over coaxial or STP cables, converting each stream back to MIPI CSI-2 format for processing. The device supports 4.16 Gbps forward channel data rate per port and aggregate bandwidth of 16.64 Gbps, with bidirectional control channel supporting I2C, GPIO, and fast-mode plus pass-through. Features include frame synchronization for multi-camera applications, advanced link diagnostics, MIPI D-PHY and CSI-2 output with up to 2 lanes at 1.6 Gbps per lane, and 60-metre cable support. Housed in a 64-pin VQFN (WRT) package (9mm × 9mm) with PowerPAD, it operates over -40°C to 105°C. Applications include automotive surround-view camera systems, ADAS sensor fusion ECUs, autonomous driving systems, and multi-camera industrial imaging platforms.
