DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 TI Serializers, Deserializers
The DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III quad deserializer hub from Texas Instruments designed for multi-camera automotive applications . It connects four independent video datastreams from up to four remote sensors, supporting 1-Megapixel image sensors at 720p/800p/960p resolution . The device aggregates received data into two MIPI CSI-2 output ports for interconnect to a downstream processor . Each of the four FPD-Link III deserializers enables connection through cost-effective 50Ω single-ended coaxial or 100Ω differential shielded twisted-pair cables . The receive equalizer automatically adapts to compensate for cable loss characteristics, including degradation over time . The device includes a bidirectional control channel that continuously conveys I2C, GPIOs, and other control information . Housed in a 64-pin VQFN (RGC) package (9mm × 9mm) with exposed thermal pad , it operates over -40°C to 105°C . Applications include automotive surround-view camera systems, sensor fusion ECUs, autonomous driving sensor hubs, and multi-camera industrial imaging platforms .
