The DS90UB9702TRURTQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link IV quad deserializer hub from Texas Instruments designed to aggregate data from up to four 7/8MP+ sensors simultaneously . It features a line rate of 7.55 Gbps forward channel per port and a 47.1875 Mbps bidirectional control channel, supporting single-ended coaxial or STP cable with Power-over-Cable (PoC) capability . The device aggregates received data into up to two MIPI CSI-2 output ports plus one replication port, compliant with CSI v2.1 and MIPI D-PHY v2.1 specifications . Each output port supports up to 4 data lanes at 2.5 Gbps per lane (10 Gbps per port), and the device includes 4 CMLOUT output ports for driving another deserializer at the same line rate . It supports 16 virtual channels with VC-ID remapping, 10 GPIO pins for sensor synchronization, dual I2C ports, frozen frame detection, automatic receiver equalization, and a low power sleep mode with GPIO-state retention . Housed in an 88-pin VQFNP (RUR) package (12mm × 12mm) , it operates over -40°C to 105°C .
