The DS90UB971RHBRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link IV serializer from Texas Instruments supporting up to 5.3 Gbps forward channel data rate, designed for high-resolution camera and sensor applications. It serializes MIPI CSI-2 data streams into a single FPD-Link IV serial stream over coaxial or STP cable, supporting up to 8K video or multiple camera streams. The device features bidirectional control channel for I2C and GPIO pass-through, integrated MIPI D-PHY interface, and advanced link diagnostics. It supports coordinated multipoint (CMP) synchronization for multi-sensor systems. Housed in a 32-pin WQFN (RHB) package (5mm × 5mm), it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
