The DS90UH948TNKDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) FPD-Link III deserializer from Texas Instruments that converts 1 or 2 FPD-Link III serial streams into a dual OpenLDI (LVDS) interface, supporting up to 2K (2048×1080) resolutions with 24-bit color depth . It supports pixel clock frequencies up to 192 MHz in dual-channel mode and up to 96 MHz in single-channel mode . The device features an integrated HDCP cipher engine with on-chip key storage for content protection, supports HDCP repeater applications, and includes four high-speed GPIOs for camera synchronization and diagnostics . It also features adaptive receive equalization compensating for channel insertion loss up to 15.5 dB at 1.48 GHz, I2C with fast-mode plus up to 1 Mbps, SPI control interfaces, and audio support for 7.1 multiple I2S channels . Housed in a 64-pin WQFN (NKD) package, it operates over -40°C to 105°C .
