The DS91D176TMAX/NOPB is an M-LVDS (Multipoint Low-Voltage Differential Signaling) transceiver from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed multipoint data bus applications, compliant with the TIA/EIA-899 (M-LVDS) standard. It supports data rates up to 200 Mbps and features a wide common-mode voltage range, low differential skew, and operates from a single 3.3V supply. The device includes integrated failsafe circuitry for open and shorted input conditions, thermal shutdown protection, and supports up to 32 nodes on the bus. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include backplane data buses, industrial control systems, telecom infrastructure, and multipoint data distribution.
