DS92001TMAX/NOPB TI Signal Buffers, Repeaters, Splitters
The DS92001TMAX/NOPB is a 400 Mbps BLVDS (Bus LVDS) line driver/receiver from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed multipoint data buses. The device features support for data rates up to 400 Mbps, is compliant with the TIA/EIA-899 (M-LVDS) standard, and includes integrated failsafe circuitry for open and shorted input conditions. It features a wide common-mode voltage range, low differential skew, and operates from a single 3.3V supply. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (TM) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
