ESD122DMYR TI Diode

The ESD122 is a dual-channel ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode with 0.4pF typical line capacitance, designed for protecting high-speed data lines. It provides ESD protection up to ±20kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. The device operates with working voltage up to 3.3V and features low clamping voltage for superior protection. Ultra-low capacitance preserves signal integrity for high-speed interfaces. The ESD122 is available in the ultra-small 2.5mm × 1.0mm DQY (2-pin) package. Selection is ideal for protecting differential high-speed data interfaces in space-constrained designs.
