The TMS320F2800137 is a 32-bit C28x DSP-based microcontroller from TI's C2000™ real-time control family. It features a 120-MHz C28x CPU with floating-point unit (FPU), up to 256 KB of flash memory, and 36 KB of RAM. Integrated analog peripherals include three 12-bit ADCs with up to 17 channels, a comparator, and three PGA modules. Communication interfaces include CAN FD, UART, I2C, SPI, and PMBus. The device includes advanced control law accelerators (CLA) and configurable logic blocks. Packaged in a 64-pin LQFP (PM) (10 mm × 10 mm), the F2800137 is ideal for real-time control applications including industrial drives, motor control for pumps and fans, solar inverters, and power supplies.
