The F280049C is a 32-bit C28x DSP-based microcontroller from TI’s C2000™ real-time control family, operating at 100-MHz (200-MIPS) . It features 256 KB of flash, 100 KB of RAM, a trigonometric math unit (TMU), a programmable control law accelerator (CLA), and configurable logic blocks (CLBs). The device includes three 12-bit ADCs (3.45-MSPS), two 12-bit DACs, seven windowed comparators (CMPSS), and 16 high-resolution PWM channels. Packaged in a 100-pin LQFP (PZ), it is ideal for motor control, industrial drives, automotive systems (EV powertrains), and power conversion applications requiring high-performance real-time control and functional safety.
