The FERD20H100STS is a 100V, 20A field-effect rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics in TO-220AC through-hole package, featuring ST FERD technology for low forward voltage drop and soft reverse recovery. For selection, verify repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V, average forward current of 20A, forward voltage drop optimized for high efficiency, soft reverse recovery for low EMI, low reverse leakage current, non-repetitive surge current capability, and operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
