The GD75232 is a triple RS-232 line driver/receiver with on-board ±9-V charge pump generators, operating from 5 V supply (with ±9-V outputs) . It features three drivers and five receivers meeting TIA/EIA-232-F standards, with outputs typically ±9 V. The device includes slew-rate control for reduced EMI and is capable of driving up to 2500 pF loads . Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C. Selection is ideal for legacy RS-232 interfaces requiring multiple drivers and receivers.
