The HDMIULC6-4SC6 is an ESD protection device for high-speed HDMI interfaces from STMicroelectronics in SOT-23-6L package, specifically designed to protect HDMI 1.3/1.4 and DisplayPort interfaces. For selection, verify ultra-low line capacitance for 3.4Gbps data rate signal integrity, ESD protection level up to ±15kV contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4), low leakage current for minimal signal distortion, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include integration of protection for 4 lines (TMDS data lines and DDC/CEC lines), ultra-low clamping voltage, and very low PCB footprint.
