The HSP061-2M6 is an ESD protection device for high-speed data interfaces from STMicroelectronics, featuring 6.1V breakdown voltage and low capacitance for protecting up to 2 lines. For selection, verify operating voltage, low line capacitance for signal integrity at high data rates, ESD protection level up to ±15kV contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4), low leakage current for minimal signal distortion, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
