INA117KU TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The INA117KU is a precision high common-mode voltage difference amplifier from Texas Instruments designed to measure differential voltages in the presence of high common-mode voltages up to ±200V. It operates over a wide supply range of ±5V to ±18V and provides a fixed gain of 1V/V with laser-trimmed internal resistors for high accuracy. The device offers low offset voltage of 1.5mV and high common-mode rejection of 80dB (min). Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include high-side current sensing in motor drives, battery monitoring, industrial process control, and automotive systems requiring precision differential measurement at high common-mode voltages.
