INA122UA/2K5 TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The INA122 is a precision instrumentation amplifier with a wide supply range of 2.2V to 36V single supply (or ±1.1V to ±18V dual), featuring rail-to-rail output. Gain is set by a single external resistor from 5 to 10,000 with an equation of G = 5 + 200kΩ/RG. It achieves low 8-nV/√Hz noise, 85-dB minimum CMRR at G = 100, and low offset voltage of 250µV. Input bias current is 10nA typical. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (U), it is ideal for industrial and medical applications requiring single-supply operation.
