INA125U TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The INA125U is a precision, low-power instrumentation amplifier from Texas Instruments with an integrated precision voltage reference. It operates over a wide supply range of 2.7V to 36V (single supply) or ±1.35V to ±18V (dual supply) and provides a gain bandwidth product of 150 kHz with a slew rate of 0.2 V/µs. The device features low offset voltage of 250 µV, low input bias current of 10 nA, and includes a 1.2V or 2.5V reference suitable for bridge excitation. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC Wide package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include bridge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, and industrial process control.
