INA169NA/3K TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA169 is a high-side current-sense amplifier operating from a 2.7-V to 60-V supply, designed to monitor current in systems where the sense voltage is at a high potential relative to ground. It features a fixed gain of 20, a wide common-mode voltage range of 2.7-V to 60-V, and low 1.4-mA quiescent current. The device outputs a current proportional to the sensed differential voltage, which can be converted to a voltage using an external resistor. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (NA), it is ideal for high-side current monitoring in industrial, automotive, and power-management applications. Applications include battery monitoring, overcurrent detection, motor control, and power supply management. In stock at HL Electronics – request a quote for fast delivery.
