INA169QPWRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA169-Q1 is an automotive-grade high-side current shunt monitor qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from 2.7V to 60V supply. It converts differential input voltage from an external sense resistor to a proportional output current, which is converted to voltage using a load resistor. Gain is set by the load resistor value. Bandwidth is up to 700kHz. Output voltage swing is 0.5V to (V+) - 0.7V. Supply current is 60µA typical. Selection is ideal for automotive battery monitoring and motor current sensing. Applications include automotive power distribution systems, battery management systems (BMS), motor control in electric vehicles, DC-DC converters, and overcurrent protection circuits requiring high-side current sensing with AEC-Q100 qualification.
