INA180A1IDBVT TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA180A1IDBVT is a voltage-output current-sense amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a fixed gain of 20 V/V and a wide common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to +26V, independent of supply voltage . It operates over a single supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V and draws a low quiescent current of 260 µA (max). The device provides high accuracy with ±150 µV offset voltage (max) at VCM=0V, ±1% gain error (max), and a -3dB bandwidth of 350 kHz. It features a matched resistor gain network that minimizes gain error and reduces temperature drift. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include overcurrent protection, battery monitoring, load current measurement in portable electronics, power management in industrial systems, and low-side current sensing.
