The INA180A2-Q1 is an automotive-grade high-side current-sense amplifier qualified for AEC-Q100, with gain of 50V/V (A2 option). It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V supply and features wide common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to 26V, independent of supply voltage. The device provides 100µV typical offset voltage, 0.5% gain error, and 500kHz bandwidth. It draws only 260µA supply current typical. Packaged in SOT-23-5. Selection is ideal for precision current measurement in automotive systems requiring AEC-Q100 qualification.
