The INA180 is a precision current-sense amplifier with gain of 200V/V (A4 option), operating from 2.7V to 5.5V supply. It features wide common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to 26V, independent of supply voltage. The device provides 100µV typical offset voltage, 0.5% gain error, and 500kHz bandwidth. It draws only 260µA supply current typical. The INA180 is optimized for low-side and high-side current sensing, with output referenced to ground. Selection is ideal for precision current measurement in industrial and automotive systems. Applications include solenoid and actuator current monitoring, battery management systems, motor control, overcurrent protection, and power management in 12V/24V industrial equipment.
