INA180B1QDBVRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA180B1-Q1 is an automotive-grade high-side current-sense amplifier qualified for AEC-Q100, with gain of 20 V/V (B1 option) . It operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and features a wide common-mode voltage range of –0.2 V to 26 V, independent of supply voltage. The device provides 100-µV typical offset voltage, 0.5% gain error, and 500-kHz bandwidth . It draws only 260-µA supply current typical. Selection is ideal for precision current measurement in automotive systems requiring AEC-Q100 qualification. Applications include battery management systems (BMS), motor control for electric vehicles, overcurrent protection, and power management for body control modules (BCMs) requiring high-side current sensing.
