INA180B2IDBVR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA180 is a precision current-sense amplifier with a gain of 50 V/V (B2 option), operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply. It features a wide common-mode voltage range of –0.2-V to 26-V, independent of supply voltage, low offset voltage (100-µV typical), low gain error (0.5%), and a bandwidth of 500-kHz. Quiescent current is 260-µA typical. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for high-side and low-side current sensing in industrial and battery-powered systems. Applications include battery management systems (BMS), motor current monitoring, overcurrent protection, and power management. In stock at HL Electronics – request a quote for fast delivery.
