The INA181 is a 26-V low-power current-sense amplifier with a gain of 100 V/V (A3 option), operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply. It features a wide common-mode voltage range of –0.2 V to 26 V, low offset voltage of 150-µV typical, and a bandwidth of 350-kHz. Quiescent current is 65-µA typical. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm). Ideal for precision current measurement in industrial and battery-powered systems, the INA181 is suited for solenoid monitoring, battery management systems (BMS), motor control, and overcurrent protection.
