INA186A2QDBVRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA186A2QDBVRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) low-power, voltage-output current-sense amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a fixed gain of 50 V/V. It operates over a single supply of 1.7V to 5.5V and draws a low quiescent current of 48 µA (typical). The device offers a wide common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to +40V and provides excellent accuracy with low offset voltage of ±50 µV (max), offset drift of 0.5 µV/°C, low gain error of ±1% (max), and high CMRR of 120 dB (min). Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include automotive 12-V battery monitoring, motor drives, overcurrent protection, and power management in ADAS and body electronics.
