INA190A3IDDFR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA190 is a low-power, bidirectional, zero-drift current-sense amplifier with a wide common-mode range of –0.2 V to +40 V, operating from a 1.7-V to 5.5-V supply . The A3 variant offers a gain of 100 V/V . The device features low offset voltage (2 µV typical), low offset drift (80 nV/°C), and a bandwidth of 35 kHz, consuming only 48 µA of quiescent current . An enable pin is included for power-cycling. Packaged in an 8-pin TSOT-23-8, the INA190 is ideal for precision current measurement in portable and battery-powered applications . Applications include battery management systems (BMS), overcurrent protection, power management, motor control, and high-side or low-side current sensing .
