INA196AIDBVR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA196 is a high-side current shunt monitor operating from a 2.7-V to 18-V supply, capable of sensing common-mode voltages from –16 V to +80 V . It features a bandwidth of 500 kHz, a 2-mV input offset voltage, and 3% accuracy, with a voltage output proportional to the measured current . The device draws only 900 µA of supply current and offers excellent common-mode rejection of 80 dB. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), the INA196 is ideal for high-side current sensing in battery management systems, motor control, power management, and overcurrent protection in industrial and automotive applications where a wide common-mode range is required.
