INA199B2QDCKRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA199B2-Q1 is an automotive-grade current-sense amplifier qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from a 2.7-V to 26-V supply . It features a wide common-mode voltage range of –0.2 V to 26 V, independent of supply voltage, and a fixed gain of 50 V/V (B2 option) . The device provides low offset voltage (150 µV typical), low gain error (0.5%), and a bandwidth of 80 kHz, drawing only 65 µA of supply current . Packaged in a 6-pin SC-70, the INA199 is ideal for high-side and low-side current sensing in harsh automotive and industrial environments . Applications include battery management systems (BMS), motor current monitoring, overcurrent protection, and power management . In stock at HL Electronics – request a quote for fast delivery.
