INA213CIDCKR TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA213CIDCKR is a voltage-output, bidirectional, zero-drift current-sense amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a fixed gain of 50 V/V, part of the INA21x family. It operates over a wide supply range of 2.7V to 26V and draws a low quiescent current of 65 µA (max). The device offers a wide common-mode voltage range of -0.3V to +26V, independent of the supply voltage, making it suitable for high-side and low-side current sensing. It provides exceptional accuracy with low offset voltage of 5 µV (typical), low offset drift of 0.5 µV/°C (max), gain drift of 10 ppm/°C (max), and high CMRR of 120 dB. The 'C' version offers improved gain error of ±0.5% (max) over temperature. Housed in a 6-pin SC-70 (DCK) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
