INA214AIDCKR TI Current Regulation/Management

The INA214 is a high-precision, high-side current-sense amplifier operating from a 2.7-V to 26-V supply, with a fixed gain of 100 V/V. It features a wide common-mode voltage range of –0.2 V to 26 V, independent of supply voltage, low offset voltage (150 µV typical), low gain error (0.5%), and a bandwidth of 80 kHz. The device draws only 65 µA of quiescent current. Packaged in a 6-pin SC-70, the INA214 is ideal for high-side current sensing in portable and battery-powered applications. Applications include battery management systems (BMS), power management in smartphones, portable medical devices, and overcurrent protection in consumer electronics.
