INA228AQDGSRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA228A-Q1 is an automotive-grade 20-bit digital current, voltage, and power monitor with I2C/SMBus interface, qualified for AEC-Q100. It operates from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply and monitors common-mode voltage from -0.3 V to 48 V, independent of supply. The device features low input bias current of 3 nA, 0.1% gain error, and 20-bit resolution for current and power measurement. It includes an integrated 2.048-V reference and overcurrent alert with configurable thresholds. Packaged in a 10-pin VSSOP (DGS) (3 mm × 3 mm), the INA228A is ideal for automotive battery management systems, power distribution, and industrial power monitoring.
