The INA240A1 is a high-precision current-sense amplifier with a wide common-mode voltage range of –4 V to 80 V, operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It features a fixed gain of 20 V/V (A1 option), low offset voltage (15 µV typical), low gain error (0.2%), and a 400 kHz bandwidth. The device includes enhanced PWM rejection for motor drive applications. Packaged in an 8-pin TSSOP (PW), it is ideal for high-side current sensing in automotive systems.
