INA240A1QDRQ1 TI Current Regulation/Management
The INA240A1QDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) high-precision current-sense amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring a fixed gain of 10 V/V and enhanced PWM rejection for use in switching systems. It is designed for bidirectional operation and operates over a common-mode range of -4V to +80V and a supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The device features low offset voltage of 25 µV (max), low gain error of 0.2% (max), and a -3dB bandwidth of 400 kHz. Enhanced PWM rejection provides accurate current measurement in noisy switching environments without significant output ripple. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include motor drives, solenoid controls, battery management systems in HEV/EV, power steering, and industrial automation. In stock at HL Electronics – request a quote for fast delivery.
