The INA240A1-Q1 is an automotive-grade, high-precision current-sense amplifier with a wide common-mode voltage range of -4 V to 80 V, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply, qualified for AEC-Q100. It features a fixed gain of 20 V/V (A1 option), low offset voltage (15 µV typical), low gain error (0.2%), and a 400-kHz bandwidth.
